I need to no if i can eat something small before my next day surgery

Depends on your surgeon. What’s their protocol? Some allow it, some don’t. Mine had no liquid diet; I got to have Breakfast the day before and then liquid until midnight. Nothing after that until surgery.

Best to check with your surgeon. Good luck.
