Wednesday weigh in time

I'm at 219 today. That's another 3lbs off despite being in the middle of moving house and having a chesty cold.

That's 43lbs off since surgery on 12th Jan, 51lbs since pre-op assessment and 73 from my heaviest weight in August 2017.

This was absolutely the best decision for me.x
