Motivation!

Lately I haven’t felt motivated! Been in a stale for months now and just feel like I’m go back to how I was before. Any motivational hints for me? Words of advice?

What motivates me may not motivate you. Here is my motivation goto list.

Sometime it's not motivation it's having perspective.

When I'm dragging my feet on changing behaviors or exercise. Just remember there is a person in hospice care with months to live that would gladly trade places with us for our weight loss struggles.

Change is not easy! If there is no struggle there is no progress. Embrace the struggle embrace your pain. Know you are strong enough to push yourself further. Slow change is better than no change.

Only worry about the 24 hours you are given today. What are you going to do for yourself for the 24 hours? Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out.
