teedsg 253 Posted November 24, 2017 I’m almost 12 weeks out and don’t feel restricted. Is this normal? I don’t really eat a lot but I noticed when I drink Water. I used to sip, but now I drink and wait to feel restriction and nothing gives me the tightness. Well, I take that back. When I eat applesauce that’s when I feel the sleeve. Drinking is not going to make you feel a lot of restriction- the further you get out from surgery the more you can drink. I have eaten 3 oz of salmon around week 7 and can’t stand salmon now. I can’t eat shrimp and I used to love it before surgery. It doesn’t break down well.
