Pre op week liquid diet

I have my surgery Nov 21 goes doing good with my clear liquid diet but last night had such a severe headache that had a Enron Soup and I set everything even the wontons is this bad? Should I take a laxative to clean my stomach out?

If you ate something you were not meant to eat then yes it is bad and your risking a leak.

What would taking a laxative do? This is a life style change not an eating disorder were you make your self sick or take laxatives when you eat something you shouldn't. ( That's exactly what I did when I was bulimic )

Just chalk it up to a mistake and stay on plan .

Edit I see your pre op. So your not risking. Leak lol. Thanks good. Drink plenty of Water. Headache is part of the detox
