Just got the call that insurance approval was in--they said I should hear in a day or two about scheduling the pre-op visit and the surgery! I've been thinking about doing WLS since June 2016. Dropped off the paperwork in Feb. 2017--it has been a slow process, with a battle with h pylori that wouldn't go away. I can't believe that this might actually happen this year. Hoping I hear tomorrow and can have the surgery in early December. But I am all of a sudden anxious about the 1-2 weeks before and after the surgery.
