bigsel 65 Posted November 15, 2017 I would go to Korean spas with rooms with tempatures of 140 degrees to 204 degrees other then possible dehydration is there any other reasons to not go. JerseyJules 862 Posted November 16, 2017 I frequent the sauna in my gym, no issue..I even went to the Russian Banya which has much hotter rooms than my gym and no issue. JerseyJules 862 Posted November 16, 2017 Take it easy on the ab workout for a while, mine still bothers me a bit when I push it. Also plenty of fluids, I got dizzy spells when first standing up for about 3 to 4 months.
