Nectar Protein Shake

I will love for someone to help with recipes to prepare the nectar shakes...I got the sample package with many different flavors but I don't think I am mixing it right, so far I don't like it. Please help!!

I purchased the same sample set. So far I have mixed the lemon tea and the Roadside Lemonade with Water. The vanilla torte, Cappuccino, caramel machiato with milk. Any of the fruity ones I think should be mixed with water. The strawberry mousse, any chocolate, vanilla or coffee flavors I will be mixing with milk.

I mix the tea with cordial. It's not amazing. But okay.

Thanks so much Suz88 for you help. What type of milk are you using? I was thinking on getting Almond milk and see if this would help with the taste.
