There seem to be 3 camps when it comes to Premier Protein drinks
1 ❤them- best thing found,or formulated
2 Loathe them, poured some in the dog's dish, he couldnt stand to drink it either!
3. Mffh what's the use dicussing THIS, let's talk about something really important- ME

YES 🙌🙌🙌 preach. I’m in camp 3. They are not the best but I can stomach all the flavors, so if it helps me meet my goals, bring it.

UGH!! some people are saying muscle milk light. It's horrible. with an aftertaste.

I prefer Glucerna carbsteady. They taste like actual chocolate shakes to me and I could drink them all day.

I can't do any of the drinks. They're all awful. I've given up and eat the Protein Bars that I also hate. But not as much as the gross Protein Water and shakes.
