graziellabs 28 Posted November 12, 2017 I️ am trying to stay away from carbs. I️ eat them very rarely. I️ would like to know if it’s gluten free does it make it better and healthier. For example gluten free baking or bread. I️ am just wondering because I️ not to familiar with it. Just curious if it will be better eating let’s say a gluten free pancake versus a regular. LaLaDee 519 Posted December 18, 2017 (edited) My dietician told me to be careful about gluten free processed products. Apparently they can be high in calories, fat and other bad stuff. Edited December 18, 2017 by LaLaDee
Mhy12784 423 Posted December 18, 2017 There is absolutely no reason to go gluten free unless you have a REAL (not make believe) gluten allergy. A product that is gluten free COULD be healthier, it could also be complete ****.
VSG_Meow_Bitch 30 Posted December 18, 2017 Some celebrity trainers say that gluten causes weight gain. I personally would like to try to be gluten free as much as possible.
