Chocolatay33 9 Posted November 11, 2017 I was sleeved September 26th and so far I lost 24lbs.. I am not able to eat no more than 682 calories a day. I walk 30 minutes on the treadmill and 3 sets of 10 squats per day. I am slowly but surely incorporating excerise to my daily routine again. My blood pressure is still extremely high. My starting weight was 287lbs and my current weight is 223lbs... I so badly wanna be under 200lbs Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
