Cmfitz 6 Posted November 10, 2017 I'm on Optifast I'm allowed 3 shakes 1 Protein Bar and 1 Soup. I've lost 10 pounds but with that said I think it's because it runs right through me😫As long as you are following it you'll be ok!

Debbie9966 36 Posted November 14, 2017 hello surgery went well friday morning . just came out hospital today morning .. still a little achy and gassey but walking it out .... at first a lot of pain but coming home and support of my husband has mad it easier Glad to hear all went well. I am going in on 12/11 and feel the same way - excited but scared. It is great to hear everyone's stories and their progress through the months. You all give me such hope. During this whole process I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease so I am hoping this weight loss will make my legs feel a lot better. Mine is all in my legs and feet. I do not have any tremors or pain/cramping in my arms or hands at all. Legs are getting weaker so this weight loss should really help.
