Thank you this will help me stay in check over Christmas. I did so well on the last challenge. I lost 20lbs. But I had to reduce my goal as I'm told it gets abit slower as time goes on. So we will see if I can do this 191 to 180 I don't even know how many lbs that is lol 11 maybe.
