The New Kel 1,312 Posted November 22, 2017 Good morning! Wednesday Weigh-In! (Its OK if you weigh in this week, up through Saturday!) Happy Thanksgiving! Last year, I learned that you can have a truly happy AND healthy Thanksgiving. Just remember to eat Protein first, then a veggie IF there is room! Not gonna lie: it's easy to give in to temptation of the pies but for me, I try to limit it to one bite. And remember to stay hydrated. :-) My weigh in is not what I would want today. 140, last week 135. Three things this past week that could be the reason/s. 1) I've been running a lot to prep for a T-Day 5k. Potential muscle gain? (One can hope!). 2) Pre-menstral and everything feels swollen. 3) I have been bad at food tracking since hitting goal. Time to get back into accountability and learn the balance of maintenance.
