When will I get approval

Im scheduled for surgery on 11/15 and I still haven't gotten my approval ...I'm getting nervous wondering if ill be denied at the last minute.

You can call your insurance company and ask. I have been doing that because my surgeons office claim they were going to send the paper work over week before last then last week and they still have yet to receive it. So my surgeons office is playing with my emotions. I would call your insurance company they will be glad to tell you.
