So hungry, but a Protein Shake is just filling me up, its not satisfying me. Oh well. DropWt4Life 957 Posted November 8, 2017 Yes, you can do it! It gets easier with time. Just don't wait until you are hungry to have something. If you stay out in front of it and structure the meals, it will be a lot easier. I was like caffeine free coffee, then Protein Shake, then broth, then Protein shake, then green veggie juice, then protein shake, then broth if I needed it. I was having something every few hours, and drinking Water in between. I never felt hunger at all. I was actually tired of drinking (eating). Just keep plugging away. Sosewsue61 3,185 Posted November 8, 2017 Exactly what DropWt4Life said. You can soldier through this, most of us had to just get through it and it will be worth it. shedo82773 1,236 Posted November 10, 2017 YES!! You can do this!! Remember why you are even doing the drinks and keep your eyes on the prize!!! KEEP ON KEEPING ON!! BTW the broth is wonderful...you get something hot and it breaks up the monotony of the cold drinks. Sometimes something as challenging as this is made all the easier when you know it's a hard requirement.
