I'm almost four months out and I've hit a plateu with my weight loss. I've only lost two pounds this past month. It's frustrating because I'm not doing anything different with my eating. Has anyone else had this issue and were you able to work through it? What helped you break through it?

Time to start counting calories to see where you are. When we drop below 200lbs, our bodies seem to get super efficient and it takes more work to knock off the pounds..
