KDBaker 70 Posted November 8, 2017 I'm a little more than 3 weeks out now and back to work. I had a great routine while I was at home. I had a regular eating schedule. I was walking 30 minutes a day. Now that I'm back at work I'm struggling to get into a good pattern and I have no energy to get out and walk. Trying to be patient with myself but it's frustrating! I also seem to have hit that 3rd week stall. Ok. Done whining now.
