Hi there! Do you have a surgeon? If not, you should start looking for one, as he/she might help you to identify the best option for you. And after that you will know what to look for on this forum. This place is amazing and very helpful, extremely friendly and supportive - but it has tons of information and data and you might feel being overwhelmed
