srayne 1 Posted November 8, 2017 So I got sleeved in April of this year. I have lost 95 lbs, and feeling fantastic. However I still have misconceptions about my actual size. I look much much smaller than I was. I'm down to a size 14 from a 22, yet I forget I'm much smaller and sometimes get startled by my reflection or photos/videos of me. Does this happen to anyone else. I can't tell if it's an uncomfortable reaction or just an incredulous feeling. 1 Drea2017sleever reacted to this
Healthy_life2 8,324 Posted November 8, 2017 Yep, this is normal. The weight loss is fast. It will take time for your mind to catch up. Congratulations on 95 pounds lost! 1 skywalker1 reacted to this
GwennyPenny 108 Posted November 8, 2017 I have lost about the same amount. I still have a ways to go but I am still surprised when I see my reflection in a window or wherever especially my face it's changed so much! I agree it's a weird feeling Sent from my CPH1607 using BariatricPal mobile app
