danybx 66 Posted November 6, 2017 Day5 of pre op diet...I had 2 chicken wings from the Chinese restaurant..I ate it so fast. Standing out side the resturant...I burn my tongue trying to shove it down..I'm not proud of my self but I feel better.the obsessive thoughts of eating food has went away. "Even if you slip up once in the day, you have 5 more eating chances to make the right decision in the same day." Don't give up on yourself for one slip. Keep going and eat right the rest of the day, it will make you feel better.
