Appreciate that!! I do a Premier Protein shake every morning, an egg and bacon or ham or sausage link for mid morning snack (work cafeteria makes this one easy). lunch is a few ounces of tuna, chicken or egg salad with a few pickles or cherry tomatoes. Afternoon snack is Dannon light and fit greek yogurt. dinner is a Protein and little bit of veggie and then some type of snack in the evening (almonds, peanuts, etc). Dinner is pretty much the meal where I have the most variety. Other than that I'm content to be set in my ways and have the same routine just about every day. It's working so far so I figure I'll stick with it. I don't really get a sweet tooth but every once and a while I will have a piece of sugar free candy. I do about 110oz of Water everyday and 90-110 grams of protein. Good for you. I am at 56 lbs lost and really struggling. I lost 1 pound this month.
