Need Help. Where to find a support group?

My doctor doesn't offer a support group. Or a nutritionist or dietician. I found an online dietician that I am working with but I desperately need a support group. Can anyone make recommendations or have ideas on how to find a support group if your doctor doesn't offer them? TIA for your help.

I can't help with the support group, other than googling local surgeons and calling their office. But can you share the online dietician's info?
