Donia 21 Posted November 3, 2017 Hi everyone,My name is Donia and I live in Oklahoma. I will be having gastric sleeve surgery in 2-3 months and wanted to introduce myself. I have been busy with appointments and learning from my dietitian, exercise specialist, and others to help ensure a safe and successful journey. I have started really focusing on my Protein intake and am amazed at what a difference it makes. This is an amazing journey we're going on. It might seem overwhelming at first, but it will get easier.
