Have someone got complications like GERD etc. after one year or more post op?

I am so afraid to get complications cause this surgery its not reversible. I am 5 months post op and thankfully I don't suffer with acid reflux or other symptoms. But I would highly appreciate if you could tell me your stories if you have suffered with complications after post op.
