(Not so much to break s stall but to reduce occurrences.)Up Protein levels and lower carb levels Up Water intake. Review food logs and see if anything changed Eliminate any processed foodsEliminate any alcohol if in regular intake. Sleep/rest/add napMeditation or yoga to handle stressJuice (veg) for a day. I dont think going back on a liquid diet is necessary ( For me anyway) I just eat pure Protein for a few days and BOOM im sorted.
