Sparker7 35 Posted November 2, 2017 I have a question for those who've already had surgery with Dr Illan at the new BariatricPal hospital location. My sister is going as my companion person and will not go out without me to get food-she is not adventurous and is a very anxious person. While we are still at the hospital, is there a way for her to get meals that doesn't involve her leaving with the driver? 1 "Henry" reacted to this
Angie's_Ocean 213 Posted November 2, 2017 Yep. My mum has been ordering all her meals while we are here and they’re either delivered here by the restaurant or picked up by one of the staff here 4 Alex Brecher, barr3563, Atslady and 1 other reacted to this

Angie's_Ocean 213 Posted November 2, 2017 And in case you’re worried or anything there’s literally double security 24/7. Too much I would say [emoji4] 2 Alex Brecher and "Henry" reacted to this

UndercoverDiet 57 Posted November 3, 2017 Has anyone gone to Mexico alone? My husband is NOT supportive and I am going through the process anyway. I have my own money so that's not a problem. I'm mostly worried about my belongings being safe while I'm in surgery. Also I only speak English.

Sherry Rice 184 Posted November 3, 2017 Dont bring expensive things, you wont need them. I went to BariatricPal MX and they have a small safe in each hospital room and everyone speaks English there. I will be from what I understand a large majority of BariatricPal MX patients travel alone and are women. Once I get to my "room" I'll be putting my passport, purse and cell phone in the safe. I'll also be bringing a small carryon suitcase which has a lock, and everything else I have will just stay in that. But just as another person said, don't bring too many other valuables with you.... 1 UndercoverDiet reacted to this
