Gas-X Strips Discontinued - What to use?

Hi everyone, I start pre-op liquid diet tomorrow officially, and my surgery is scheduled for November 9. I just learned that the Gas-X Strips everyone has told me to buy and use are no longer made. Anyone know of an alternative for us? I hear the gas can be painful after surgery. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Note that not everyone needs those. I was lucky & didn't require them at all. I had them but didn't end up using them. Good luck!

Buy it on Amazon, I just bought a few. Here is the one I got and it’s pretty cheap.
