Today is one week since my surgery date and I am happy to report I am 10lbs down!!! I am beyond thrilled and although I know I won't be losing 10lbs every week it is a great start because it hasn't been easy and has been very painful but it all is definitely worth it!!! :)

Great job @jcb123! The journey has only just begun, enjoy it and stick to the plan! I am two weeks out and 18 lbs down. It feels great.
