Major issues with calcium

Vitamin World has there own brand of caramel and chocolate chews. They are the only ones I can stand and actually they are pretty good

Those are what I use. They aren't so big that they get stuck. I tried the Centrum chewable vitamins right after my RNY. I just couldn't take the sweetness. YUKKY

The petites are still big, but I got a pill splitter and chop them into smaller pieces. Made a huge difference for me. So instead of tossing back one bigger pill, it's like 3 little pieces. I do that for all bigger pills now.
