I was sleeved 11/8 and I won't be cleared (hopefully) until 11/29 for puree foods. Then I am on that 3-4 weeks before soft foods. Then 3-4 weeks before slowly introducing regular foods. So about 3 months or so out, I will be able to start regular foods. Seems all surgeons and programs are different. 2 CamillaCallie and SeaSounders♥ reacted to this
JadeVT 41 Posted November 22, 2017 I'm on my 3rd week and started 2 days early on pureed foods (NUT said it was cool). I'm actually eating really soft scrambled eggs (see Gordon Ramsey's recipe on Youtube, the one where he makes them in a pot) and some extra mashed corned beef hash. I eat slowly and chew at least 30 times. 3 SeaSounders♥, CamillaCallie and She_whirls reacted to this

Leese_A_New_Life 58 Posted November 25, 2017 Hi November Sleevers! I was sleeved on 11/17, I'm 8 days post op now. I am required to do a 2 week clear liquid diet for phase 1, then phase 2 I do moist and mushy in which I can add in those premier shakes, thicker Soups, sweet potatoes, and dairy! I can't wait to get passed the Clear Liquids. I got up to 64 oz of fluids today, the highest I accumulated since out of surgery. How is everyone doing in their phases? She_whirls 204 Posted November 26, 2017 I was sleeved 11/14- today was my first day of purées and I was so excited for some whipped potatoes. I fixed two ounces but only ate about 3 bites before I didn’t want anymore. I hope your 2 weeks passes quickly! 1 SeaSounders♥ reacted to this

bogglesauce 238 Posted November 26, 2017 The worst pain I'm feeling is gas stuck in my left shoulder and pain in my ribs when I cough, burp or hiccup. Also going from a laying down position to sitting up is painful on the left side of my abdomen. 2 StacyAnn72 and SeaSounders♥ reacted to this
