WoooHooooo Hey Sleeve Sister (and Brother @Palmoonio 78). I am also doing FANTASTIC. Its my 3 month Surgiversary and I am officially down 60 pounds today (249). I am happy with me slow loss because i know it is not coming back. I have had a few major "life moments" and I am so proud of myself because I did not turn to food to self soothe. Just seems like I'm always stalled !
I drop two pounds then stall for two weeks (exaggerating but only a little )

I’ve been at 195.2 for a week. It won’t budge. Last time I stayed stalled for 2 weeks and then dropped 13 pounds during the rest of the month.

I’d honestly love to lose .1 lb a day for a few weeks rather than deal with stall.

Drink more Water and wait

Glad I’m not alone! Stalled for a week - so frustrating! Trying to drink Water as much as possible. Here’s to hoping we all break through soon!

I was sleeved on 11/09/2017 I was 230 lbs (I’m five feet). Today I weighed in at 162lbs and feel amazing . I went from a size 18 to a size 10 in just a little over 3 months I’ve lost 68lbs.
