It's usually daily for me! I've been running mostly but just got a gym membership.

5 days a week 2 1/2 hours a day. 3 mile run on the tread mill then weight work.

4-5 days a week, lifting and low impact cardio.

3-4 days a week when life allows. I'm not super serious about the working out because chasing two kids around is a pretty good workout in itself as well but I try to go every other day.
