Sassy72 2 Posted October 30, 2017 (edited) I'm 2 1/2 years post op and just hit 100 pounds of weight loss. It's been a long slow road but at least the scale has gone in the right direction. I still have 71 pounds to go. I'm wondering if anybody has some jumpstarting tips or even pearls of wisdom for me. I need to get some more of this weight off before I lose my mind. Thank you! Aries331 34 Posted November 5, 2017 Sassy72 I went through an eating disorder program that regulated my eating. With it I was able to losr.weight, even thought that's not what it's meant for. Are you maintaining? If not, I would strongly recommend this program. The one I attended was by ERC Insight. Check them out and they may be able to help. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
Sassy72 2 Posted November 7, 2017 I'm still losing. Every few months I'll drop a few and then level off again. My Dr says things are fine but I'm not totally happy with it and would like to do better. Sent from my SD4930UR using BariatricPal mobile app
Diana_in_Philly 1,426 Posted November 7, 2017 Are you exercising? Change up your exercise routine. That might help. Change up your diet. Are you tracking your food intake and meeting your Protein and Water goals? Increase exercise and reduce calories. I'm not as far out as you are (14 months) but when things get slow, its usually because I am not being good about tracking/measuring and not meeting my water and protein goals. Also, keep in mind that your body composition is going to change. The more you lose, the tougher it is to lose. Best of luck on your journey. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
