AnnieGreen 84 Posted October 30, 2017 I start soft foods on Thursday this week (I see Dr H on Wednesday, along with nutrionist. Recommendation is to get Protein & calories from food. I really struggle right now to get to 700 calories in a day, even eating every few hours. Average about 50-60 grams of protein. Since soft food says do about 1/4C at a time of whatever you're eating (up to 3/4 C total), plus two Snacks, , I'm rather at a loss as to what they mean as snacks. Soft food suggestions would be appreciated.
