Hey,

I am 25 days post op and i started stage 4 solid foods. However the moment i eat 2 bites i feel the food coming back up and if it does stay in my stomach i feel slight discomfort from my side, its not pain but its like a uncomfortable poke. Is that normal? Will it go away?

And my doctor gave me the to-go for ALLL solids.

Anyone else had a similar diet???!

Also what type of foods did you guys eat and in what quantities did you eat during that stage?
