Or you can watch it on your smartphone on the URL as a browser page video ... which is how I posted it. I set it so that there was no geoblock.

I’m having a hard time getting the video...supposed to be viewed on an app for au, but my phone isn’t supporting it. ???? @Apple1, did you find a us link? Would you mind posting it?

Try this link. There is an option to download the MP4. That is how I watched it on my laptop. Part 2 is the show with the IF info. I am watching part 1 now.

They are captioned. Unless you're hard of hearing, you won't need the captions. Except for the bogans and rednecks, we speak great English in this country.

Yes it English lol... I thought she meant for hearing impaired.

I am hard of hearing, both ears. I need captions most times especially with heavy accents. I missed a little not knowing what some have said but got the most of it (wore earbuds and loud). I did try to find cc though and couldn’t either. Hope you find something!

Its typical. Less so in US but not 100% on line anywhere. Dont like craptions [auto captioning] either. Shrug.

This is where to find it.

Bump the bottom of your video/youtube screen with your mouse, your finger or your trackpad gesture and these features are there.

I have labelled them for you.

"The appeal is that [fasting] is quick, but it is quick Fluid loss, not substantial weight loss," says Madelyn Fernstrom, PhD, of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's Weight Loss Management Center. "If it's easy off, it will come back quickly - as soon as you start eating normally again."

"My experience has been that [this] way of eating does not produce weight loss even in the short term," dietitian and author of Diet Simple Katherine Tallmadge told ABC News in 2013.

Ok, but where is the data and peer reviewed journal articles? This is what we need to see especially since you were so critical of using the internet for information.

I have found even more evidence that intermittent fasting has been used very successfully to reverse Type 2 diabetes. I will post more links later to other journal articles. I am busy today at work.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
