Question about Post-Op Pain

For me, The pain from the incisions was minimal. The pain from the gas on the other hand was pretty awful for the first 5 days in my shoulders, It felt like an elephant was sitting on me. I didn’t take any pain meds after my stay in hospital. I took a month off work as I have a very active job with lots of lifting but I could have gone back after two weeks with no problems. In saying that, You really don’t realise until after the surgery how much of a new full time job this is, Trying to reach Protein and Water goals takes a lot of effort, So I don’t think having the extra time off was a waste for me :)


VSG: 1st Sept 2017. [emoji1037] 30. SW:130kg. CW: 102kg.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
