Any plans to try new things after goal? (fitness or bucket list) 1 ProudGrammy reacted to this
Sheran4eva 18 Posted October 24, 2017 Wow! Your doing fantastic! I can't believe how time has flown this year!My 2 week pre surgical diet weight was 242 December 6, 2016Surgery was December 20, 2016... my current weight is 152. Which makes me 90 pounds down, with a BMI OF 27.My goal is currently 135, which allows me to reach a healthy BMI of 24.When I get there, I will reevaluate.Doing well weight loss is slow going now, but I feel good, I look good, so I don't obsess. I'm enjoying my new weight and enjoy shopping. I still weigh myself daily, and keep an eye on everything I eat, but I have been known to taste test a thing here or there, but do not consume the foods that are not allowed. I'm look forward to loosing the last 17 pounds before my 1 year anniversary. All in all, regardless of all the hiccups, such as the hematoma that I developed in the recovery room, the reflux, that requires that I take daily medicine to control and now the gallbladder removal that I will undergo in 2 days.... the sleeve is still the best thing I ever have done for myself. It has allowed me the opportunity to gain control over my food, and has allowed me to be a healthier person. 1 ProudGrammy reacted to this
Nicole Cawley 3 Posted October 24, 2017 (edited) December 14th was my date and I am really pleased and happy.... I feel so good! I wish all of you success.... remember not to judge you by comparing yourself to someone else's achievements. Our journeys are different in so many ways. sleevegirl24 3 Posted November 3, 2017 What’s everyone’s height? I was sleeved dec 9 and my SW was 255 and I am now fluctuating between 163 and 166. I am 5’9 so my BMI is 24 which is normal now but I’d like to get down to 155 lbs so it gives me room to gain weight without being overweight. I lost all my weight without doing any exercise but paying attention to what I ate. But I really now need to tone up my body because it’s very loose. 1 Sheran4eva reacted to this
sleevedatlast 22 Posted November 19, 2017 Absolutely amazing work! What do you plan to do to Celebrate one year? Any plans to try new things after goal? (fitness or bucket list)I don’t really know what I’ll do to celebrate.. I would normally eat something terrible but since that’s not a good idea, maybe my wife and I will go on a date or something..
