nicolevsg2 20 Posted October 31, 2017 My fluids are ok but I’m getting constant waves of excruciating pain. I thought it was gas but it hurts for only a few seconds then goes. Mostly after I drink something. Starting to worry a little. Wow I had that too! I thought it was because I drank too much too fast but then it started happening when I wasn’t drinking. Maybe it’s spasms? Or just gas moving around? Anyway it’s slowly getting less frequent and less intense. This is day 7 for me.
nicolevsg2 20 Posted October 31, 2017 I had a nurse like that, back in January of 2016 I had perforated my bowel and had sepsis in my belly, that woman acted like it was her Meds that she was loosing by giving them to me. I was to have a shot every hour and when she was on shift I was lucky I got one every 3 hours. It was very painful. Wow. That’s actually a form of abuse and neglect to not manage your patients pain. It makes you wonder why people choose to work in a field where you’re miserable and make others miserable too. That sounds horrible!
