It's called the third week stall...it happens to a lot of people. Just keep doing what you are supposed to and the scale will catch up.

Same here not one pound 3 weeks out. Take your measurements I guarantee you lost some inches. Keep on going it will come off eventually.

Ive had stalls that lasted 4-5 weeks than all the sudden I drop 3 or 4 lbs. As CJ said, keep following your program. It will eventually show on the scale!
