Patch MD

For those who use Patch MD Patches, which ones do you use and when did you start using them after the surgery? I’m pre-op RNY right now (waiting on date any day now) and currently use Multivitamin, Biotin, and omega-3. The multivitamin alone has everything my surgeon suggests but I want to be thorough.

I use them. I started 2 weeks before surgery. I take the multi, Biotin, B12, and D3... love them
