what are the drinks please ? great visual- edit i saw your answer is the first 2 Water? is this all you drink per day?

The first two are Water, then coconut water, milk, and coffee. Each of the jars holds 2 cups, so 4 of them is 64oz. I'm very particular with the food, but the drinks are more flexible. I get at least that much, if I'm thirsty I drink more. Sometimes tea or extra Decaf coffee.

That's why it took 6 hours. Eat, wait 2 hours, eat... I'm almost never hungry... I eat because my body needs the fuel.

@Meryline I'm so sorry you're hungry all the time! ((hugs)) That's a b***h and also exactly why I'm having the RNY. I gambling that it will reduce my hunger.

So will you post your most recent menu and daily calorie load/average daily macros? Also, if you input that into MFP and track sugar as one of your 5 tracked macros, what is the average daily sugar content (of course that's naturally occurring). I have some ideas about your hunger.

I think we figured out what is causing Meryline's hunger. She is a hair's breath from goal, and needed to increase her calories/protein/nutrition. Sometimes hunger isn't a bad thing! ;)

People may be getting bored of the Protein one.. how about asking how many carbs (and from whence they come)?

@Berry78 and @FluffyChix I had a 4 day weekend and stayed offline for the most part.

Yes, I'm hungry because I'm not eating enough. Still not eating enough, trying to figure out how I'm going to get more food in me, and still stay with in my guidelines of 50% Protein.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
