GlowingGal 61 Posted October 18, 2017 I'm not saying I'm having second thoughts, BUT I'm losing quite a bit of weight with this tortuous liquid diet. I love food, so I know this wouldn't work long-term for me; however, what does research say about liquid diets? I've never been on one before and no other diets have worked after the first 20 pounds. Today, I'm down 19 pounds from the start of the diet, and 23 pounds from my heaviest. I can't help but wonder. Thanks for any information you can share. You have already said you can not liquid diet forever. It does not matter what research says, its about you, and someone can do a liquid diet , introduce slowely and keep the weight off as I have seen people do who have a normal relationship with food, its only my assumption that if you had a normal relationship with food you would not be at this point. The reason its working is because its short term, but how will you eat for the rest of your life? 1 Amburmist reacted to this
