CamillaCallie 179 Posted October 18, 2017 How do you discretely hide your liquid diet? I have a sit-down bridal shower luncheon to attend and I'm not sure how to hide that I'm not eating or drinking. If people asked, I would just tell them that I was dieting as they would definitely notice that I had lost weight after surgery. If I didn't want to eat anything, I would just eat before, and say I wasn't hungry. I used to actually force myself to eat at social gathererings even when I was not hungry because thats just what you do lol.
