On another note and also update: the really bad day I posted about me eating carbs. I think I ate over 1300 calories that day maybe 50%was carbs. That next morning I lost 3 pounds. I don't even know why or how that happened. Obviously I haven't repeated that bad day and have been doing well. It was just weird and shocking that I lost weight...considering. weight loss is so confusing 🤔
