soready17 167 Posted October 23, 2017 On another note and also update: the really bad day I posted about me eating carbs. I think I ate over 1300 calories that day maybe 50%was carbs. That next morning I lost 3 pounds. I don't even know why or how that happened. Obviously I haven't repeated that bad day and have been doing well.
