DaleCruse 756 Posted October 16, 2017 I'm sorry you're in a stall. First, stop freaking out over this. Freaking out isn't helping you. When you're only 47 days out, the scale going up 2 lbs seems like the end of the world. It isn't. Our bodies naturally fluctuate that much daily. That said, if you do the same things, you'll get the same results. If you want something different to happen, you've got to do something different. Are you doing any exercise? 2 Mytimenow17 and Nataliesmom reacted to this

laney 172 Posted October 16, 2017 3 yrs post op congrats. I am 1yr post op and doing okay, but I have read a lot and seen people that have gained weight back once past a yr or more. What do you do to keep the weight off. I still do not eat more than I should and try to stay way from the sweets and wine.

Luckily I require no prescription medications, as all my other vital signs are well within normal limits. This journey we're all on is hard! 2 Jesusmyhelp and MsShortyDee reacted to this

I'd have to start really overeating to pack on much more. My weight has been steady for months. Instead of spending brainpower worry about regaining, I'll spend brainpower working on how to lose more. 8 MSinger, becky12345, jcb123 and 5 others reacted to this

Drink as much Water as you can. Consider a stool softener. Sooner or later nature WILL take its course! Good luck!
