Tat19808 35 Posted October 16, 2017 I am getting ready to go back to work, and want to start planning on snackideas to take with me. i will be 5 weeks post op when I return to work, so would appreciate any and all snack ideas other than my Protein Drinks - don't get me wrong, I love the different Premier Protein and muscle milk flavors.... but just want something different. I would love to hear ALL Snacks, not just recent post op ones. Ideally these are just Snacks, but if they are a little bigger that's fine too, as I can consolidate them to make it 1 or 2 snacks Ive ordered small containers to hold snacks to get ready some suggestions I've read are tuna in the foil packs, hummus, almonds, Greek yogurt, edamame..... If you’re not dairy sensitive what about cheese sticks or cubes? They have Cottage cheese that comes in the little containers like the pudding we used to get as children. I’m big on meats and cheeses so many low sodium pepperoni with some cheese cubes and grapes.
