I have been doing south beach for 2 weeks and am looking to find the best Protein Shakes. Any suggestions?

I really like Unjury, Syntrax Nectar, and Chike Protein powders. There are fun recipes using them on Pinterest and The World According to Eggface blog.

I am currently using Premier Protein, I use it instead of Creamer & milk in my lattes. I bought Isopure tasteless Protein to add to homemade Bone Broth (or even add it to my water) when I am on liquids only. I haven’t used it yet though, I’m waiting until closer to my liquid only pre-diet.
